My research includes regional security topics in East Asia and Eastern Europe, as well as U.S. Foreign Policy studies. My current projects focus on energy policy issues pertaining to US – China relations and their respective foreign policy activities. I utilize both qualitative and quantitative methods to create theory-building and policy-oriented products.
